The little Cobra strikes!
Once we got past the bazillion public channels and entered our own privacy code, use and operation were a breeze. Good product for the price.

Cobra walkie talkies
I bought these for my grandson and he loves them! They are very easy to operate and you can hear clearly over them. They are durable and kid-friendly but good enough for an adult to use. Good product for the low price!

Better than shouting!
We got the walkie talkies so we could communicate from one side of the building site to the other. Works great for this. Also useful when backpacking when one group gets away from the other. The don't seem to work the stated 5 miles, but within one or two they seem to be okay. These work where cell phones won't. Turn them off to avoid running the battery down, and turn on at designated times. "Synchronize watches." Easy to figure out how to use. Good price. No evidence of being used item.

5 Mile Radio
We are very well satisfied with the radios. So far we have used them at a 3 mile distance and they worked fine. Came in very handy when my husband was outside and received a phone call. I didn't have to open the door and call him, i just used the two-way.

Did not come with charger, and when batteries are at half life the walky talky doesn't operate properly. Dissapointed as a gift to my son. I don't know if it has to do with it being refurbished or not... but what ever the case, I expected better on this item. Haven't tested the 5mi range yet.

Worked well on the cruise, even from a lower cabin to an upper deck.

Once I could figure out how to get the clip off to get to the battery compartment I loved them. I gave one to my parents next door and have one for me that way they can keep in touch when I'm out in my yard, etc. Would definitely recommend this product.
