Co-Pilot Premier XL All-in-one Golf Travel Bag

We bought two Caddy Daddy bags for a trip to Kauai=The Co-Pilot for my wife and a Co-Pilot Premier for me. Our clubs came through fine and they performed well on the courses. They seem to be quality products and had a sturdy feel. It takes a little skill to arrange the clubs the first time but it can be done. With my 12 clubs I was not able to keep the large head covers on but with fewer clubs we could keep the covers on my wife's. We also purchased the bag covers that go over the bag. The one problem we encountered was with the bag inspection by the TSA. They are required to take the cover and the top of the bag off for inspection (this was done after we checked the bags). The problem is that the hard cover goes on in a specific way with the handles and logo lined up. It is possible to put them on without aligning, but then the outer cover does not fit and it doesn't roll right. We had to check the bags twice going and each time after picking up the bags we had to put the top on right. On the return we solved the problem by writing instructions and taping them to the top. No problems on the return. It would be nice if Caddy Daddy came up with an alignment indicator on the bag. We also put a strip of tape down the bag so that whoever took the bag apart would hopefully align the top strip with the bottom.
