I purchased this for my wife for Mother's Day. I saw this item a couple of months before Mother's Day and went ahead and purchased it. Now I have a game that doesn't work and since I bought it ahead of time I can't even return it. Well back to the reveiw of this $18 piece of junk. Basically the only two things that work on this game is the ON/OFF button and the reset button. The game doesn't play, the clock cannot be set. What more can I say.
I ordered this item, despite one of the reviews stating that it was a piece of junk. However when I opened it, it seemed to be constructed well and didn't feel cheap. Everything works fine on it. I am pleased with this item.
Since the first time i played sudoku, i've been looking for the handheld version of this game. After i bought this, cant get my hands off. Its just so good with its compact size and features. I'm gonna buy more of them to my friends and family.
"love it and im purchasing more to give to friends i love the quality and the safety and size, you cant go wrong"
If you love playing SuDoku then you'll really love this touch pad handheld SuDoku Game. I already had a push button one but I can complete the games in much quicker time with the touch pad. The numbers are larger and easier to read. It's shaped just right to hold in your hand while playing it. It also has the tool to touch the pad with and slides/snaps nicely into the back ot the game so you won't lose it. Overstock offers a great price for it too. I'm thinking of buying another one for my mother.
Including "Touch Pad" in the name of this product is very misleading. The only place you can "touch" is on the tiny bottom "screen" BELOW where the game is displayed and played. To enter numbers in a cell you have to press arrow keys again and again until you're in the correct cell. Very disappointed in this product. It would be worth buying this game for under $5, but no more.
good product nothing worng with it. fast shipping too
Pro: it works Con: It isn't a touch pad, overpriced, cheap quality, NOT FUN Bought this for my sister for xmas. The description/title is misleading. This isn't a "touch pad". The only touching you do is clicking the arrow buttons, which allows you to choose the cell, and some more clicking to pick the number. I don't even know why they include the stylus--there is no need for it. Again, you don't touch the screen at all. There are buttons. This is a waste of money, and even more a waste to return it. Horrible product.
I strongly disliked this product. It took too long to move the curser and is made exremely cheap. The numbers are hard to see and they make it sound like a much higher quality item. Also the return fees are very high. Not worth the risk of buyin it.
Cheap price and fast shipping. With less than $15 dollars. It is a great gift to give to children.
Bought two games, prefer the Modernized Touch Screen Handheld SuDoku Game over this one. There is no back light which was a turn off. The number pad is not digital and is not very sensitive, I found myself rubbing on the number to select it.
The game turns off randomly in the middle of play and does not always do the things the instructions say it can do! Or maybe it is just that the instructions are confusing.
I was a little disappointed because I am addicted to Sudoku. When I turn it on, the screen goes crazy and then shuts off. I tried different batteries, but no changes.
Nicely designed handheld game. Compact and very easy to use.
I bought this as a Christmas gift for a 16 year old boy who loves the game. He was very happy with it and i works just fine.
A little tricky to set the game the first time but fun to play once figured that out. Hours of fun!
My wife thought she was getting me something special. The hand held game is very time consuming to get the the board to add numbers. I am very glad she also got a couple of books for $1.00, I enjoy them much better! Not as frusterating to play the game with a pen and the papers copies.
great for someone who likes to play the game,,,,,was a christmas present that the person picked up to use right away, and had to be persuaded to put it down! a hit present.
Good value for the price. Good traveling game. Actually it has more bells and whitsles than I need - alarm etc. That is a little confusing - but i just ignore that and enjoy the game.
Mine must have been defective. I could not use the wand to move the cusor, Next time I would get a game that had a backlight, these older eyes need it.
