This product is cool
I like to use this chest expander for warming up my chest and working my rear delts. It has plenty of tension, and the bands easily snap in and out. I just unsnap one end and let it hang. For the price it is a nice surprize.

OK, but...
I agree with a previous comment about this being better than the metal springs because it saves chest hair, BUT, the handles are a little tight for those with big hands or if you want to step on one handle and do curls. Also the finish in these handles could be smoother and there are some plastic burrs that need smoothing lest they can abrade hands. Would I still purchase it? Yes.
