Looks great, optically lacking. Images are not crystal clear, just OK. They arrived perfectly collimated which is a huge plus. They were borderline in terms of whether or not to return them and the price was right so I decided it wasn't worth the hassle to return them. I'm an amateur astronomer and these will be my "travel scope" so to speak and I could use them for most other observing. Wouldn't recommend them for birding. Image is just not clear enough. Overall, if I had the opportunity to look through them before buying, I would not have bought them. I expected a lot more from Celestron. Sooner or later we're going to stop buying Chinese optics. They just don't cut it like the good 'ol USA, Japanese, and Germans.

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. Appearancewise, very nice. Collimated perfectly and no visible defects. Optically inferior.
• Was the product free of any manufacturer defects? Yes. As far as I could tell, they were perfect.
