The brand name proved true again. The field of view is very relaxing to the eye and the optics are bright and precise. I am able to indentify electronic devices by type, on my towers, with this monocular due to its clarity. The compass allows me to check the positioning of antennas on towers.

I don't know who lists or provides product details & specs for items here...? Oceana 8x42 monocular is a Fixed power = 8x magnification. There is NO zoom = 20-60x function capability on this instrument. Nor is it = 24" long. 72 oz. weight is Not accurate either !
