The bike is sturdy enough to handle my 275 lbs. frame with ease. It has a quiet easy gliding motion while pedaling. The relatively small foot print and light weight makes it easy to move. I often slide it from the side room where it is stored into the front room to watch television then back again.

I have worried for years that I am too sedentary due to working in front of my computer for sometimes 10 hours a day, so I was so excited to see this product. I've been using for a few weeks now and absolutely love it. It took a few days to get used to and I felt a little dizzy when I wasn't using it the first couple of days but your eyesight and body adjust to being in motion and looking at the computer screen. I can walk 3 mph and still work and not sound winded on the phone which can add up to a lot of miles by the day's end. The one day I walked almost 20 miles without even realizing it. I would say use in moderation at first. I used it so much in the beginning that my feet were covered in blisters after the first week. lol. I don't due anything in moderation. The only thing that I dislike is that it won't go over 4mph so I can't run on it when I'm not working. For the amount you pay it should be dual use in my opinion. Also, the width of the belt may be small for some. I am a slightly built woman and the width of the belt has been tight for my gait. For a larger person this may be an issue. All in all, an amazing invention that I think may add years to my life!!

I am writing a good review even if only of the handle caps was missing. Overstock is replacing and right now loving the machines many qualities...great range of motion!

Love this rowing machine, I've been looking for on for years that has these arm rowing features. You can span out or bring in both "oars". I alternate pulling both up using arms by pulling from the middle and steadying the other bar.

This rower is better quality than expected for the price. It took about 25 minutes to assemble. The directions were fairly simple. I'm 5'6., wear a size 8 shoe and don't ha any problem keeping my feet in....just tighten the straps well. The seat squeaks a bit during the gliding motion but I t wd40 will take care of that. Overall a really decent machine for the price.

I have been using the stepper for a month now and am happy with the purchase. I bought it because I wanted a small piece of equipment that I could use at home and that wouldn't take me forever to assemble. The stepper does not take up much space and can be easily hidden in my walk-in closet if we have company. Assembly was not difficult and all parts were included. I use it in the living room while watching TV at night. It's sturdy and you can get a good cardio work out with it. The twist motion provides some extra toning for your legs/hips. I like having the handle bar for stability. It does squeak a little--but WD40 fixed that. It is fairly quiet and has not been a problem. The only negative is that the monitor on the handle bar does not work. I had read reviews stating this before I purchased, so was not expecting it to. Don't buy it if the monitor/calorie counter is important to you. For the price, it is a good purchase.

The box was torn up when we received this Avari Rower (UPS's fault, not Overstock's) but overall it was in good condition when we opened it except for a couple of dents in the tracks that my Significant Other had to "pull out" with pliers--which worked. It took about 30 minutes to put this rower together and I am very happy with it! The tension is adjustable and it takes me a minute to get my rhythm down as the air pressure doesn't seem to "catch" right away in the handles, but once it does, I get a good workout. We got a great sale price on the Avari Free Motion Rower, so a nice deal for a piece of equipment that I can use for the days when I cannot get to the gym. I recommend!

My stepper ended up coming 2 days early (yay Overstock). I had to deduct a start however because the "computer" doesn't work properly. It comes on, but doesn't record all steps; then cuts itself off after only a few minutes. The stepper itself is great, quiet, well made, sturdy, and I really like the large foot pedals. The Twist motion is a bonus as well. In the past I have used a plain o' stepper and always had trouble with my feet going numb. With the slight twist motion my feet retain feeling, which allows me to workout longer! Speaking of workout, you do get a good one with this little stepper! And as an added bonus it fits under the bed for storage, just even out the pedals, and presto, hidden out of sight!

This is a good workout, but doesn't have the range of motion I expected. It is a workout similar to the Gazelle, without the freedom of long range motion. It is perfect for what I am using it for, to burn calories and workout indoors without taking up a lot of space. It is fairly light weight and can be easily moved around. It's small and fits nicely into a corner or closet if you need to move it out of the way or store it. It was simple to assemble and in fact, came almost fully assembled. The only things to attach are the arms, chest pad and computer. I read reviews about the digital computer not working, but mine seems to be fine so far. The only complaint I have is that I was missing a nut for one of the assembly bolts. I contacted Overstock today and they assured me they would send out a replacement right away. Some other reviews indicated they were missing a bolt, but in my case I received all bolts just missing a nut. Also (just a tip), I find that squatting slightly while leaning back gives a good muscle stretch if you are looking for a more intense workout.
