I bought this to get a bit of cardio in the house and try and get ready for jogging. 60 days and one of the bolts that holds the tension cable across the pulley sheared off. This really is a cheap piece of "equipment". I would invest elsewhere.

As a personal trainer, I am very skeptic on home gyms equipment but I need something small that's easy to travel with to do in door cardio. Let me just say, my legs got an unexpected workout and still do every time. It's small but deadly!!

overall i really like this for the solid construction and the variable resistance which gets you a good sweat within 5 to 10 minutes. The foot position is very comfortable and easy to get used to and get a good smooth motion. The only small draw back is the bands are not adjustable for a persons height. I just tied a knot and made them shorter for me. I also like that it very compact for a cardio piece of equipment. I would recommend this product

This is a great piece of equipment for the price. You don't get the full body workout of a regular elliptical machine, but it provides a good low impact cardio workout. I use it in my office at lunch and for short breaks to get my circulation going. It's suprisingly sturdy and portable at the same time. Assembly was quick and easy. Very pleased with this product.

I ordered this walker b/c I needed a small piece of equipment to do some cardio b/c I don't always have time to get to the gym. I read most of the reviews and most of what is said is true. It has a weird stride and it might not be suitable for taller people. Im 5'7" and sometimes my knees bump the bars at the height of the stride. Its not a big deal, I just adjust a little bit. But I don't think taller people would be able to use it. It is a bit unsteady when moving back and forth fast. But once you get used to it and into a rhythm its not bad. Honestly, I didn't expect too much, its small, a bit unsturdy, but overall, for what I paid and what I needed its decent.

Ok, I was impressed with the arrival of my elliptical, I was expecting a wobbly " do what you can with this cheap priced elliptical while it lasts for winter" Boy was I surprised. It was such a steal purchasing this inexpensive piece of equipment. It is solid and sturdy, and pretty much gets the job done. I wasn't looking for bells and whistles, just an elliptical that works well and allows me to get my cardio in during the winter months. I was pleasantly surpirsed to see the pulse checker on the handrails. Very happy with it and it stays put. It squeeked on my first use but my husband oiled everything really well and then tightened up a loose screw. All is good.

Both my husband and I love this bike and use it daily. I thought it would be like all the other exercise equipment and would go unused after the novelty wore off. Not so. We pedal away each morning before breakfast 6 days a week. The bike pedals smoothly as it is very well constructed and the fact that it can be folded away if needed is a huge plus. It's a great way to get your cardio in without having to go to a gym.

I think Sunny is perfect for working out especially in Oregon when it rains because of the same cardio-vascular work out as walking. I look forward to 1-1 1/4 hours on the bike sometimes even after an hour walk outside. I checked with my doctor before and after puchasing and he said that the bike will be fine for anytime I want to replace my walking workout. Overall I'm quite pleased with the equipment, however I think that the calorie counter is a little light. It's a great purchase!

I've had this item for about 2 months now. I am a regular gym-goer but this has been a useful piece of equipment to have in our apartment. It's easy to move around and to store. Physically it has been sturdy and I have not experienced it wobbling or creaking during use. I have it set up in front of our television for when I do watch TV; I simply chug along on it while watching. It gets my heart rate up to where I want it to be. Just be careful getting on and off of it, especially if you are new to working out or are experiencing balancing issues; you can use a chair or sofa to hold onto when stepping onto it until you gain your balance. You need to engage your core to maintain your balance. If you are new to cardio exercise, I think it's a great starter to get to that recommended 30 minutes of cardio a day. For more experienced health nuts, it works as an in-between workouts workout for when you're home vegging out. Don't forget - safety first. If you're new to exercise, inform your doctor.

I have been using the stepper for a month now and am happy with the purchase. I bought it because I wanted a small piece of equipment that I could use at home and that wouldn't take me forever to assemble. The stepper does not take up much space and can be easily hidden in my walk-in closet if we have company. Assembly was not difficult and all parts were included. I use it in the living room while watching TV at night. It's sturdy and you can get a good cardio work out with it. The twist motion provides some extra toning for your legs/hips. I like having the handle bar for stability. It does squeak a little--but WD40 fixed that. It is fairly quiet and has not been a problem. The only negative is that the monitor on the handle bar does not work. I had read reviews stating this before I purchased, so was not expecting it to. Don't buy it if the monitor/calorie counter is important to you. For the price, it is a good purchase.

I was looking for an elliptical that I could use under my desk, as I have an office job. I did a lot of research as to which brand and model to get and I read great reviews about this particular one and I am glad that I made the purchase! The elliptical is a lot more "heavy duty" than I expected it to be. I love the adjustable tension, you can really get a decent work out while you type your emails! I know that I am not burning as many calories as I do at the gym on an elliptical but I am not lying when I say that you can feel this. I am burning more calories than I would be sitting still and I am definitely toning. I love the timer on this, if I get up to do a task or just need a break then it pasuses the timer until I resume. The calorie counter is definitely not accurate, but it states right in the directions that it is more intended to compare workouts. Plus, I have not been on one piece of cardio equipment that gives an accurate calorie burn, get a HR monitor if you need that statistic. I tried using it standing up and it was easier to balance than I thought that it would be, but that really isn't the capcity that I use it in. Very satisfied with this buy and I am confident it is worth the extra money (some of the less expensive ones that I saw in the door were pretty flimsy).

I was VERY cautious about the purchase of this product. The last thing on EARTH I want is some dusty piece of exercise equipment cluttering up my limited space. We've all seen the Soloflex clothes pony or the abandoned Gazelle and none of us ever wanna be that girl. So I waited and i researched online and I STILL wondered. I live between two cities one of which is New Orleans and its sub-saharan weather more than half the year and everything is wrapped in bacon and butter so either i was gonna REALLY figure my exercise **** out or become fat. This was easy to assemble and tho no its not better than a *** machine at the gym its a **** lot better than anything you can do a small city apartment - I like to place it near a wall for stability or near a high shelf so that i have access to a water bottle and the TV remote - but its been three months and I LOVE it and the workout is great. I have worked my way up to 60 mins of cardio every day and experiment with the tension. In fact, I did the unthinkable and purchased a second one for our place in California where I don't have the weather excuse but I do get busy. So everynight when I can't look at the computer another second, I know I'm gonna go watch an hour or so of television. The question is will I do the usual thing and sit my fat **** on the chair (and probably lay out some sort of snack making it even worse) or will I do the right thing and step on this machine? If this machine doesn't give you the easiest option to the right choice then it's on you.
