I recommend putting a weight in front or using against a wall because it moves slightly. Don't put bare feet near the knob because that part gets hot after using for a long time. Gets squeaky the tighter/more resistance you have, but i just turn my music up :D Comes assembled (YAY) and is light. Can see this working very well for an older person or for use as low resistance physical therapy tool.

Worth it! This product is great if you have a sit down job and need a little exercise throughout your shift! It's affordable, light weight, and doesn't take up much space. The only CON I have is the tension knob does not have much tension for different levels.

Little disappointed I received the product quickly. However I was disappointed with the size. The pedals are only 4 inches wide. Too small for my husbands feet to fit in the pedal straps. I wish these dimensions would have been available in the product description.

Easy to use This pedal exerciser arrived preassembled as described, and is easy to use. I've been using it for about a week, and I think my purchase was a good decision. It's a good workout for my legs, and came in handy on rainy and/or hot days. The pedals are easy to use, and my feet, in general, stay in position (although it's very painful to use barefoot). It has only slipped on the floor a few times, and I think it was due to my pace, and the rug underneath. it's easy to adjust the tension, but I tend to like the "easy" mode, because the pedaling becomes a bit jerky at higher speeds. I have noticed a few things, though, that make it less than 100%. Unlike a regular bike where the pedals are below your seat, this exerciser is made to be used while sitting in a chair, meaning that it can be a bit hard on your back when you have to stretch your legs out to reach the pedals. This may be something that only affects those with a bad back, which I have. A caution... the metal does become hot after a workout, so it's advisable to keep your fingers/feet away from the center bar (where the pedals and support bars intersect). All in all, I think it's a good choice for someone who needs a little exercise, at a moderate price.

Cando Preassembled Pedal Exerciser This is a very good product for someone who needs leg/knee exercises with limited space. It comes already assembled which was a great plus for me. I have recent knee surgery and this products suits my needs perfectly. I highly recommend it for others who need exercise but have limited space. This product gives me a very good workout. I use it twice a day for about 15 minutes each time. A great product!!!
