my new exercise while you work chair
I was looking for an exercise ball large enough to use as a chair at my desk for strenghting of my core. I had a smaller ball but it wasnt tall enough when i sat at my desk. This ball is 3 feet tall and i didnt fill it all the way so it is softer to sit on. It is perfect for what i was looking for.
