This exercise ball does NOT come with any type of pump to inflate the ball. After re-reading the listing, there is no mention of a pump, so it's not like the listing is misleading. But a yoga ball without some sort of device to inflate it can only be used as a trash can liner. It does come with a plug to plug the ball (once you somehow get it inflated). I borrowed a neighbors pump and filled it and the item is as advertised. Guess I'll have to go buy a pump now. Lame. The little nubs on the ball don't hurt nor do they feel good (massage). It's different but I don't really see much of a benefit or negative aspect to them. It does prevent the ball from rolling around too much I guess.
