Oxygen therapy could have health benefits if you would inhale for extended periods of time, but their isn't enough oxygen in one of these cans to notice ANY positive results. This product just isn't worth your time, if you are considering oxygen therapy, go to an oxygen bar instead.

Not much to say, really. It's Oxygen in a can. I'm a big guy (over 400lbs). I figured I'd put a can of this stuff in my back pack for when I do a long walk and need to recover quickly. I've used it. Haven't seen much difference.

This product is a cool consept.But the amount of oxygen in the can is very little. Maybe 9-10 huffs or inhales. Thats it ! You dont get your moneys worth. A normal aerisol can of anything , you get a much greater amount of product in those in comparison to the Bigox..You get very little product for your money. This was the larger can of Bigox too...I can only imagine what little you get with the smaller cans...

I just did not think it was worth the money. The flavors were good, but i did not notice an increase in performance.
