My five year old loves his new sleeping bag. It is bright red which he likes because it is so different from our other bags. It is fairly easy to roll and store. He slept great in it on our camp out.
We have 3 now. I bought the first one when my son was 2 (he's now 6). It was great. I also bought one for his friends and they went tent camping in it end of winter (Southern CA) and were worried he might be cold so they checked him in the middle of the night and they said it was so toasty and warm inside - warmer than theirs!
We have 3 kids now, so I bought 2 more and the kids love them. They're like an adults in quality and style, but small enough for a kid.
The only thing I wish they did was zip completely open. They only zip down one side, so you can't zip them together or lay them flat for a blanket.
