2 Stars For Fair Condition
The add says "None of these golf balls have any cuts or cracks ". What they do have is a lot of discolored balls, quite a few scuffed balls, and some have what I would call a "warped paint job". I probably would not buy them again because I have bought recycled before and have had better luck.

Golf Balls
Very poor quality. Some golf balls have chips on the balls. Really I am unable to use these for anything except water ball shots.
