For starters, I received a box of poorly packaged rattling parts. Ok, moving on. When putting this together, make sure to tighten with a lot of force (so to minimize the wobble), but dont stripem. So, anyway This is designed for someone well over 66. When trying to perform leg raises, my arms are so far apart that my neck/shoulders hurt before I can get a good ab workout -- all while enjoying the very tiny back support. Additionally, the arm and back supports are made from very cheap soft wood. I can see the screws popping out soon. And, you get a 2x2 platform on which to balance two toes. Almost forgot to mention, on mine, the handles are offset. When performing dips, youre way out on extended tubes, not handles. Along with the uncomfortable wide grip, you bounce when trying to do those last few reps that count. Pull-ups, again, far apart and wide grip makes for a rough and difficult workout. All in all, extremely uncomfortable, bulky and over-sized piece of, sure well call it equipment. Funny thing, I bought it thinking it would take up minimal space, ha ha, jokes on me. Id rather do dips using my dining room furniture and leg raises using my abs slings -- though I was really looking for some back support. Oh well.Read More
