    Gee let's see. The foam handles are so loose that they want to spin during the exercise. You could hurt your wrists this way. Or slip and kiss the floor. So wear a mouthpiece. I couldn't return these things fast enough.

    The size in the description shows as 11" in height when it is actually 5.5". I bought the item specifically because of the height. It will cost me postage but it will be returned.
