Works great as a one-hander...two hands is a little crowded with the handle but not really a problem. bigger grip on the handle, so you will find your forearms work a little harder for a while. Great product though, and can't beat the price!

• How accurate was the sizing? sizing is right. normally you would see 53lbs or 24kg, but this one is a 50lbs bell
