Take your workout routine to the next level with this CAP 45-pound plate. Oversized grip areas allow you to handle the plate with ease, making it ideal for use when doing sit-ups or when putting it on and off of a two-inch weight lifting bar.

The cast iron design makes the plate durable enough to be able to withstand being dropped to the ground after you have maxed out on your reps. A baked enamel coating creates a buffer between multiple plates so you can grip each plate with ease when removing it from a storage rack or lifting bar.
