Our bowflex arrived earlier than anticipated. We were not contacted prior to delivery but someone happened to be home that afternoon. The box, (like others have mentioned) was really beat up, but everything inside was in tact and it did not take us too long to assemble. We are really enjoying this equipment. Thank You!

i was an avid gym freek, but my schedule recently changed. this product allows me to get the work out i need, and i get to avoid the anoying wait for machines and bad hygene at the gym, it's right in my home so i don't have to drive to the gym, i can work out whenever i want!!! i am so happy i got it.
there is one minor drawback to this model, the is no dedicated way to isolate your hamstrings, but i have another machine for that, i am so happy i got this bowflex!!!

Item was as described with only a few marks on the metal. It was hard to tell it was a factory refurbished item. It is a good home gym with a lot of attachments. It was shipped quickly in 4 boxes.
