Our bowflex arrived earlier than anticipated. We were not contacted prior to delivery but someone happened to be home that afternoon. The box, (like others have mentioned) was really beat up, but everything inside was in tact and it did not take us too long to assemble. We are really enjoying this equipment. Thank You!

i was an avid gym freek, but my schedule recently changed. this product allows me to get the work out i need, and i get to avoid the anoying wait for machines and bad hygene at the gym, it's right in my home so i don't have to drive to the gym, i can work out whenever i want!!! i am so happy i got it. there is one minor drawback to this model, the is no dedicated way to isolate your hamstrings, but i have another machine for that, i am so happy i got this bowflex!!!

Item was as described with only a few marks on the metal. It was hard to tell it was a factory refurbished item. It is a good home gym with a lot of attachments. It was shipped quickly in 4 boxes.

I have wanted a Bowflex for years and Overstock made it possible for me to get one. The price was amazing and unless you knew it was "refurbished", you would never guess. It was in pristine condition. I expected to wait 4-6 weeks, especially because we live so far off the beaten path but it was here in less than two weeks. It was nearly assembled when we realized there were 2 slider pulleys missing. One instant chat with Overstock customer service and the issue was resolved. I received replacements plus in about a week. If you have been wanting a Bowflex, this is the place to get it! Don't wait, just do it. You won't be sorry.

This is a nice home gym. The boxes arrived rather beaten; probably an issue with the carrier. That said, while the boxes and packing styrofoam were beaten up, the product was still in perfect shape. It took a little while to set up, but the assembly instructions (included) were clear and easy to follow. We're very happy that we opted for the SE model that has the 'no-change' cable system. There were used units of the older model on the web (without the no-change cables) which were cheaper, but this was worth the money. I was disappointed that it took Overstock a full two weeks (10 business days) to ship this product. Yes, this was disclosed, but given that my credit card was charged when I placed the order (rather than when it shipped), I thought it was quite a coincidence that the unit shipped on the very last day of their l-o-n-g timeperiod for shipping large items. Fortunately, UPS delivered it in just a few days.
