After reading all the other reviews about this equipment I was undecided about buying it but I did and without any regrets. Received it today, my boxes were in good shape, only one had a tear in it and after assembling the machine, which looks brend spanking new, found some cracks in the plastic cover, 2 bolts missing and a cracked pre-stretch 5lb pack, this is mostly due to mishandling by the shiping personel. Called Nautilus and they asked me what I needed replaced and it will be here in a few days. This is my 3rd Bowflex and it looks amazing, Nautilus has excellent customer service and warranties on all their Bowflex line and on top of that I saved almost $1,000.00.

OK...just like the rest of you I was really excited about purchasing one of these for $900 less then retail. We've looked around and this is what u want. Well I've bought refurbs before and this by far is the worst. The horror stories you've read about destroyed boxes, screws missing, and damaged parts r unfortunately true. My Bo (Bowflex) looked like the previous owner packed it up and sent it directly to me. Packing material destroyed and all the reasons why the previous owner didn't want it still evident. Broken seat bottom, platform, and pins. Its true the Bo is constructed using quality hardware and the beadwork looks like a roll of dimes in most parts but the places they've used plastic really blows my mind...for instance under the seat is where the resistance double for the leg press, this is where the most weight stress goes on and there is plastic. This is exactly where my worst cracks are. This leads me to believe this may fail again. In summary, Great product but realize as a refurb u r inheriting someone else's problem exactly where they left it due to Nautilus's deficient quality control checks.

Very pleased - product had clearly never been used. There was damage to seat in shipping, but Nautalis sent a replacement part without question.

Fantastic Gym. The deal was great. I quetion the shipping on such heavy items. The boxes were in poor condition and the packing inside was destroyed. There was a couple of damaged parts whick Nautilus sent out immediately. Lastly, the product was supposed to take up to 6 weeks to receive. It was delivered to my house on the 5th day after purchase. That was awesome. Overall completly satisfied.

Terrific piece of equipment! Highly recommend! Cannot even tell the "refurbished" equipment is any different from brand new out of the box! Great value - save about $1,000 buying from Overstock than the Bowflex site - no tax and no exorbitant shipping costs. Arrived in less than a week!

I'd give it overall 4 and a half stars. First, It comes in 5 boxes. 2 of the boxes did not come in great shape. One was torn open, and I found a few washers and a bolt in my driveway. Getting past that, we made room to set this baby up. Left with quite a bit of cardboard and styrofoam, but hey you gotta protect the goods. We starting putting together, and had two pieces that woudln't fit. The main piece which fits to the long support that holds the seat. The hole was bent in a little so "A" wouldn't fit into "B", we had to use a crowbar to pry the hole open enough so that they'd fit. After that, everything went smooth. Directions were very clear, and things fit together nicely. Appreance is sweet. Very sharp machine. Durabilty - well its early yet. I weigh around 275lbs and I have no issues with things bending, creaking, or an instability. The cables used flow smoothly - more than any other gym I've used. Price is - well fairly steep. Going through Bowflex would have cost me an extra grand though, so Overstock was a great option. My friend who helped set up said "this thing is slick!" several times. My response each time was "it should be for what I paid!". But hey you pay for qulaity. It's early yet, but I really like it.

I have done some checking on prices for the Bowflex Revolution and haven't found a better deal then overstock.com. The Bowflex was shipped to me in under 2 weeks and the machine was in excellent condition. The boxes on the other had were not! I ended up having all of the parts but pieces were falling out when i was carrying it into my house. Overall, I highly recommend using overstock for future purchases. Thanks!

This arrived at my home exactly one week after ordering it! Thanks, Overstock!!! Although the 5 large boxes were beat up, the gym was mostly new looking. Some minor scratches, but nothing important. One part and some hardware were not included in the shipment. I contacted Overstock and they said they will handle it....I hope so. Also, no CD/DVD was included, but written instructions were.
