I love these weights! They are discrete when they need to be, and boy do they increase the amount of calories I burn. I got just the right size and have had no problems with them sliding down.

The body togs arm weights are easy to wear, fit well and are great when walking my dogs. I feel like I am getting extra exercise with them on.

So far one of the most comfortable and best fitting weights i have worn one thing i think could be better though are the straps they just seem too short especially if the weights don't fit you perfectly

I have both the arm and leg Body Togs. I like there design but they are not good for weight loss. I have owned the Togs for close to a year and I have not noticed a physical change. I wear them to work and when I workout. I have less expensive weights that work alot better for toning and weight loss. I also like that the Togs do not cause join pain. The can definitely happen with the traditional arm and leg weights. It would be great if the Togs came in different weight classes (e.g. 3lbs, 5lbs, 2lbs). This would allow the user to have more control of their personalized workout. Lastly, after using the Togs frequently the velcro is not working well which causes them to slide on my legs. This can be annoying.

I have both arm and leg weights from Body Togs. Both are comfortable and wearable, albeit a bit warm at times. In order to get the maximum available weight, I had to order XL. Since these are too large for my legs and arms, I adjusted them by sewing darts in the stretchable fabric. So far, so good.

I bought these because they are easily concealed and seemed perfect. I put them on and they fit comfortably, however, I wore them for about ten minutes while putting away groceries and they got very uncomfortable very quickly. They are made of a polyester like material that does not breathe at all. I returned them fairly easily, but was annoyed that the return shipping is not free.

These are great to wear around the house, can do anything with them with, just enough weight to feel it but not too much to be sore.

My husband is using the arm togs and the leg togs, that's how I know they are a great product. However, I ordered 2 sets of these along with the leg togs and did not receive the arm togs. I am working this out with Overstock.com at this point. Hopefully I will get both of the arms sets (one is a gift) that I ordered. Another note is Overstock.com has the cheapest prices on the internet for either of these body togs.

I really like the body togs, both for the arms and legs. I use the leg ones often as they are comfortable and very easy to conceal. Mine fit perfectly but my only complaint is they got fuzzy from wearing them. I don't know if this is from rubbing up against my pant leg or what but that was somewhat disappointing since I only had them approximately a week at that point. The arm body togs do not fit as perfectly because I have very thin, small arms. I bought the smalls. I don't know if they have XS but if you are thin I would recommend getting an XS or skipping them completely since they don't fit very well and it's so much harder to conceal them .....I would never wear them to work. I sweat and feel uncomfortable in the arm togs, they're itchy (maybe b/c they don't fit properly). I do think the construction of the product was done well. They put a lot of thought in to making them feel/fit comfortable (weight-distribution wise/ergonomically), but the velcro can get itchy if not perfectly strapped together and if you do not pick the correct size for your body. I think in a few years they'll come out with something much better!!! I'm going to keep an eye on this company because they have the right idea, they just haven't mastered it quite yet. They're worth getting though, esp. to add extra resistance while exercising or at work to burn a few extra calories!
