it says it can handle 300lbs, i am still worried about it lifting from the floor while i am excerciing since it is not as heavy as a machine you would use in a gym.

Answer This Question
The item can support a person up to 300lbs safely. As long as the machine is properly used, it should not tilt or lift up if you weigh 300lbs or less.
