My first order wasn't the knife i was looking for but a pair of binoculars, so obviously it was the wrong package. Customer service was good though and they expedited the shipment for free. The knife itself deserves a 4 of 5, has good feel but honestly like in many cases, you get what you pay for. Blade was a bit dull so it needed sharpening and the reason for a 3 was to not over rate this product and have peoples hopes up.
