One of the 4 tires sent to my address was wrong...assembled it, it works but cannot move because of the wrong tire missing. Called the customer service and was shipped the right tire.

Exactly what I expected.
I got this for a 3 year old and it's perfect. He has a 7-year-old brother, so they can both ride on it together if they want. This might be too much weight, except that they are small for their age, so they will be able to get away with it for short periods of time. It was easy to assemble and all parts were there. I have no complaints. It might be too small for anyone younger than age 5 or 6. The 7 year old rides it, but he's almost too tall for it.
