Having multiple aged grandchildren, our 3 adult children, my husband and I we chose the 20" Mobo Ultimate Pro for the convenience mostly of any or all of us being able to ride the bike with just having to adjust the length on the frame. The adjustment is easy, Our almost 6yr old grand-daughter Kasey knows how and can make the adjustment. Myself having not ridden a bike in probably 15+ years and Kasey having epilepsy were two of the reasons we chose this Mobo also. I was concerned with health issues I had been having the past few years, along with my doctor considering my health as FRAGILE that I would be lucky to be able to ride any bike. The bike for Kasey, we chose for her to be safer on her rides. I have to tell you the bike is awesome. Ok,, we read the reviews....it is a pedal bike, not a 10 speed or 3 speed just a pedal bike. We are having a ball with it. Certianly iss exercise, but it hasn't seemed like it. Pure fun to ride. Myself I have been riding approx. 4 miles a day. The very first day I rode 6 miles (in 3 diff rides). Amazed I was and am. Many said to me "OOOOOO, you are going to be sore tomorrow." Have not been yet. For anyone concerned about the leaning forward on a traditional bike and the pressure put on your wrists and hands, also your arms supporting your head and upper body...that is gone here with the Mobo. I am sitting back, pretty comfy and pedaling. I cannot say enough good about this bike. the only complaint Kasey has is that it is not pink and/or purple. My husband and I said we'd wished we had known about this bike when our twins were young. The Mobo could have eliminated the multiple bike purchases as our kids grew. Kasey has LONG legs and she can ride this bike wonderfully. She loves it. My husband and I are riding the Mobo. I am riding it almost daily when it has not been raining. Several friends have tried this bike. My daughter-in-law usually does not ride a bike because it has hurt her knees even when she was a child/teen....she has ridden once and no knee pain, just some good humored teasing as she rode in her work uniform and she is a security guard...it was then Kasey thought the Mobo needed a siren as the "cops was coming, the cops was coming" shouted Kasey with glee when her Mom rode. Ok, I think we have given you the idea we are loving this bike. Not only do we love this bike, we have 2 more being delivered today. If you want to go fast, this bike is not for you, want to ride and have fun, I would definitely recommend this bike.

I purchased two of these bikes for Christmas presents for my 8 and 10 year old boys. We had problems with one of them, but Overstock made it so easy to return and replace it that I was very impressed with their Customer Service department. The boys love the way the bikes handle and the manual and pedal brakes are really good. I would definetely recommend these bicycles to all my friends.

Great bike for my special needs son. He has to learn how to turn the back wheels better, but there's no falling far to the ground from this one! Very fun once you get the hang of it

My Grandson loves the bike and the assembly was easy enough for an 8 year old to assist.

This bike is a bike everyone should get. I love it! It's very stable, and durable. My kids love to ride it, my wife loves to ride it, and I love to ride it! It's a great way to spend time outdoors and have fun. You get several compliments with it. I recommend it to everyone because it's affordable!

This is a good bike for the money...that is once you get over the fact that it's not exactly as described. The fact that these are not 700cc wheels is my biggest issue with this post. Thankfully I looked up the bike on other websites and realized this. Eventually I decided to make the purchase anyway. Bike came in less than adequate packaging however. Both wheels had significant lateral movement. There was also some play in the crankset (huge problem if not addressed immediately). The wheels themselves felt cheap, there were no yellow decals, and the tires left me wishing for more. After taking it to a shop and dropping ** they were able to straighten it out and tune the bike. It rides very well and is definitely worth the price especially when compared to similar priced bikes at Target or Walmart. Just keep your expectations in check, aside form trigger shifters there is nothing 'elite' about this bike.

I bought this for my granddaughter's birthday. I had it shipped to Arizona. My daughter-law said it was a little big for her. She will soon grow into it. She is two. Now she can be big like her brother and sister.

I love this bike. I bought it for my son who has cerebral palsy. He has always wanted to ride bikes with his twin brother but cannot ride regular bikes. And I cannot afford the bikes made especially for someone with his condition as they can cost thousands of dollars. But with some pedal straps and a five point harness I believe that he can ride this. The only problem I have with it is that the first ride and one of the rear tires popped. No hot-dogging just a simple ride. So that is why I only gave it a 4 star rating. So now I have to have it repaired or buy a new tube. But that won't be expensive. You would just think that the tires would be much sturdier as the weight limit is 250 lbs. My sister only weighs a little over 130 so I know she wasn't too heavy. Other than that so far so good.

We had no difficulties to put this bike together, my husband did it in a half hour. The bike is nice, and my ten years old daughter likes it. It is true, that this bike is for petite women, but that is exactly what I was looking for.

My sponsor bought this bike for me to ride during the TT stage of TOF. I won first place. If you peddle fast enough you can fly, literally(because there are built in jet packs not listed in the details). the saddle was gentile on my perpetual cycling provoked hemorrhoids, so that is a good feature. I would not recommend this bike to a friend because I would not want my friend to have same amount of awesomeness as me that comes with buying this bike. Haters gon hate.

My husband, Phil, bought me the Midnight Blue Mobo Triiton for Mother's Day. I couldn't believe the price, no chain and the free shipping. We received it within 7 days. Phil assembled it in about 40 minutes. I took my maiden ride on Mother's Day. I power walk 3 miles, 7 days a week. That is my cardiovascular and fitness work out. The Trike is just pure pleasure. I am a retired RN manager and just love to get on my Trike and ride. Sometimes I go more than once a day, usually in the afternoon and then again in the evening around 6:30.i I never ride after dark even though our streets are well lit. We have a neighborhood that is very private in that you can only come in on 1 street called Linden, either on the Douglas side or the Central side. All other streets are east of Linden. So the only traffic is primarily the home owners, or some coming to visit the homeowners. We have a Neighborhood Association and are very attune to issues with traffic, speeding etc. The posted speed limit is 30 mi/hr but we try to encourage folks to drive 25 to help keep kids alive!!' Thank you for your quality Trike and I have already spoken to some other ladies in our neighborhood who want to purchase one and create a little riding club. It's great fun!!!

Let me start by saying that I have an issue with the quality of bikes that we're finding these days at the major retailers. My kids are young and growing fast, so I don't see a need to purchase expensive bikes every couple of years, but if you have a problem - watch out. We bought our 4-yr old a new bike and within months, it was falling apart. Went to the store to find parts, and was told "sorry, can't help you". Therefore, I was determined to find our son his new bike from Overstock and we ended up with this one. It was a great price and took my husband just a few minutes to put together. I'm already much happier with the quality and I know that if there's a problem, Overstock's awesome customer service will be there to help. Will be buying our bikes here from now on.

Replacing the tires on your bike is an important endeavor. Different types of bicycle tires are used for different circumstances. Though a bike is a large, expensive purchase, you should still spend a little extra money on bike parts and accessories. Assess your needs and get all the essential gear you need for road or trail cycling. Here are some of the items that will help you when bicycling.
If you own a bicycle, at some point you will probably have to change the tires. Worn down or cracked bicycle tires can be very dangerous because the tube inside is exposed and may suddenly blow out if you ride over a sharp object. Another reason to change your bicycle tires is if you plan to ride on different types of terrain. You will need a tire with more traction if you switch from cycling on paved roads to cycling off-road, while tires that are narrower are more efficient on smooth, paved roads and trails. When it comes to safety, tires are one of the most important bicycle parts and accessories to consider.
Riding bikes is a hobby that adults and children share. Cycling provides good exercise, and bicycle commuting is an environmentally friendly way to travel. If you spend any time on a bike, you should know how to change or patch a bike tire so you don't get stranded somewhere.

Riders and parents living in states with no bike helmet laws must be vigilant to ensure family members are equipped with the proper helmets.
BMX is short for bicycle motocross and refers to a sport that involves extreme racing on bicycles in motocross style, usually over dirt tracks. BMX bike racing started in southern California in the 1970s when kids started racing their standard bicycles over dirt tracks. This eventually evolved into the extreme sport that we see today. Now, "BMX bike" is a fairly generic term that can relate to any number of styles of bicycle, including all-terrain bikes and mountain bikes. The type of BMX bike you buy will depend on what you want to do with it and where you want to use it.

Ever since they appeared in California in the 1960s, BMX bikes have been a standard mode of transportation for kids. That's partly because BMX bicycles are the right size and partly because they're durable, but it's also due in large part to the fact that BMX bikes are simply cool. They're made for riding around in the dirt and jumping off ramps, and it doesn't get a whole lot cooler than that for a ten year old (if not their parents). If you're a parent and you're not sold on just how awesome BMX bikes are for young kids, you can still appreciate the fact that they make great beginner bikes. They're built to withstand a lot of abuse, and the design is simple enough that repairs and adjustments are infrequent and easy. Keep reading for more information on why a BMX bike may be the right bike for your child and tips on choosing the right bike.

Cycling shoes are designed to improve a cyclist's performance. The sole of a cycling shoe has limited flexibility, which helps a cyclist concentrate all his or her power on pedaling. Cycling shoes also have special cleats that clip into clipless pedals (a very misleading name) to prevent the shoes from slipping off and allow you to pull up on your pedals, increasing your cycling performance. Once clipped in, the bike shoes will remain attached until the cyclist is ready to disengage. Cycling shoes are specially designed for various styles of cycling, including road racing, spinning, touring, off-road biking and mountain biking. Road-cycling shoes usually have slick plastic soles that aren't designed to provide traction. Mountain-bike shoes, on the other hand, look more like regular hiking shoes and are more suited to walking.
