This bench is exactly what I was looking for as I live in an apartment. It is compact and folds nicely for storage. I am 5'5" and 120 lbs. and this works for me. I wouldn't recommend it for a much larger person as the bench is not wide or long for a taller person. The bench comes intact with option to secure temporarily for folding or bolt securely. I have used often and have had no issues.

This was the first piece of workout equipment I've ever ordered, and I was mostly concerned about safety, so I was really pleased at how solid and well constructed it is. It came completely assembled, with hardware choices enclosed you install yourself if you want the bench fixed or collapsible, so setup was a breeze. I purchased it first and foremost to do spinal hyperextensions, and my only problem with this bench is, that though it is advertised as being a hyperextension bench, you cannot do the sidewise hyperextensions with perfect form (i.e. your feet side-by-side). But I can do the entire workout I need to do with modified form, and the bench is also great for crunches, situps, situps on an incline, pelvic lifts, etc. This is a versatile, well-constructed, solid piece of equipment, and it folds up and fits in a corner when not in use.
