pumping up
Very easy to assemble, sturdy and very easy to set height adjustment. great for shoulder press. the saftey catch enable the use of heavy weight without the worry of not making the last rep. Could use more adjusment holes. when using it for bench press. you need a bench that is high enough to clear the bottom of the press stand. The rubber pads on the back of the hooks are glued on and will come off as you move them to a different height. nothing critical. overall I'am happy with this piece.. you can do many exercises with it .
