Best Chicken
We used this last night on our outdoor grill and created such moist chicken!! We used a normal sized chicken and we had PLENTY of room to pick up the holder with potholders on our hands. It is very stable and ridiculously simple. The most difficult part was getting the chicken over the beer can. Honestly that was a little weird! We used Budweiser and it did not impart any beer taste to the chicken (but friends who have used stronger beers say that it picks up the beer flavor.) I loved this and will be buying more for gift.

Beer Can Chicken Holder
This is a heavy-duty rack. Works excellent on the grill. Easy clean-up. Easy loading & unloading. I would recommend this rack to anyone that cooks on a grill. It is also an excellent value.
