I love this product. I will say this product would work a lot better if I worked out with it a little more than I do. But when I do the exercises are effective and there is no back pain.

I've been having great workouts with the bean. It's great for abs, back and strengthening of the core. The dvd that comes with the bean is good. One of the dvds (the bonus one) got damaged in shipping and I tried to contact the company directly but learned that they have gone out of business. Overall, the bean is more comfortable than a round exercise ball. It has more variety and the workouts are all differnent and less tendancy to get bored.

I am pleased with all of the workouts you can perform using the bean and flex 10. I do not like to go to the gym and this product lets me do my full body workout at home. Comes with great information such as food calories, a nutrional plan chart, exercise plan, glycemic index...etc. Very pleased and would recommend this product.
