the inside was full of holes, wont hold any of the tools in place the pads the ad said was cloth was actually made of verry thin paper, they could have made the inside with a better design and material because nothing fits in the slots that was made for them

Elements inside were good. Metal case was crap. Plastic tray was crap. Once solvent hits the plastic tray I'm expecting it to melt.

• Please tell us about the quality of the product. All necessary elements were included. The metal case was crap. The plastic insert was cracked. Fortunately, I ordered 2 and made one out of the two. I returned the damaged case with all the elements. No problem with a credit.

Product is as advertised. The only complaint I have is when you put some of the attachments together there is some loose, wobbling connection at LIMITED places. That being said...it will do the job and clean your firearms without any issue!
