Scope Feedback
Only fair overall quality and performance. Focusing operation is difficult, light gathering marginal and lens clarity and focal acuity minimal. Knew better when ordering....lulled in by price. Had to learn the lesson again that you get what you pay for in optics. Returned it.

Disappointed
Minuses: Poor objective lens focusing method knocks you off-target, small aperture size at high magnification (almost a pinhole) and lack of any focus tracking over even a narrow zoom range. Point for mounting makes it objective-heavy causing it to tip forward if you don't place a tripod leg exactly out front. A really stupid design. IMHO Plusses: Good light gathering, nice set of accessories. Tabletop tripos is useful for camera work as well.

Nice little scope
Pretty much what I was hoping for. Optics are adequate and the wider lens gathers more light for evening and early morning viewing. The best part is the pistol grip. It's light enough to hold by hand with a brace or walking stick to steady you and that is how I mostly use it as I don't have a full sized tripod. Those small table tripods have limited application. A nice deal for the cost.
