      This was the frist time to buy anything like this. My Yoga instructure said it was of good quality an that it was earth material. It helps me when i need to bend as i am over weight..I would recomend it to others.

      I just started yoga and wanted my own yoga block but the yoga center price was much higher. I decided to try this product and was surprised how it seems to have the same quality as the yoga blocks in my yoga class. Good buy. Glad I tried overstock first.

    • Bamboo blocks for yoga

      I ordered these for my brother and he is delighted. we were both surprised that the blocks were so light, yet well constructed and durable. He uses them several times a week, including taking them to the beach and park. I was also pleased that this item was available and arrived within a week of my order. Thank you.
