I just bought this and am very pleased. It is so embarassing at the gym using the hip abducter machine. Now I can do this at home without people watching me. It is small, lightweight, and I could actually feel my muscles working. The only downside is that it only comes with instructions for three exercises. I'm sure there are more than that. Some people might find the resistance to be low, but this product is designed for women, and there arent a lot of women out there wanting huge thighs. If its too easy, your supposed to go slower in your reps and maintain balance to work your muscles harder.

For those who love working out but don't always have time to go to the GYM. Good product

I ordered this product not really knowing what to expect from it. It has good resistance and seems to be durable, but it is hard to hold in place. It slides around like crazy and is more of a pain to use than it is beneficial.

This is a great way to firm the inner thighs at home. I can already feel the difference. Takes a bit of coordination to find the perfect placement, but definately offers the resistance needed.

worth it - would recommend to a friend - easy to use - reasonably price - results are noticed!

This product may do what it is designed to do, but does so only if you are willing to deal with the discomfort of how it sits between your legs. I wouldn't buy it a second time.

It's very light weight and easy to use. You can feel the result immediately after a few sets of workout with this apparatus. It's a very good deal. You can take it anywhere you want. I take it to work with me and work out during lunch hour. I can even work out when I sit in front of the computer. Excellent product.

I love my bally total fitness equipment. Yes, I would defintely recommend to my friends as an excellent way to tone up.

Its great, i have bad knees and the doctor advised me to find something to tighten my inner thigh to bring my knee caps back to the center of my knees. Well the pain of the thigh toner is there. Time will tell whether or not my knees get any better.

I thought this would be an easy way to tone my thighs. INstead I had to focus more on keeping the product from slipping. it was worthless and not worth my money or time.

This gadget works. I use for thighs and arms. I have strong legs, so the resistance could be a little greater to give me a real challenge in that area...but the arms are a different story. The resistance level makes them fatigue quite quickly. It does what it is supposed to do. I've had it about a month and it's holding up under usage so I'd say it's made adequately. The price is right and a bargain. If you want a gadget to vary your at-home weight training exercise program, this is a good investment.

The Thigh Toner is not well made and I expect it to fall apart any any given moment. It is basically a spring with a pipe at each end covered with foam and plastic so it doesn't poke you. It is not ergonomically designed. It is so uncomfortable to use, I can't tell if it works to tone your thighs or other muscles.

Its small, good enough for the price. Though my daughter ripped the end of it after just one week of having it. Hint: dont let the kids near it. I plan on taking it to work to use while at my desk.

Cool little tool. Easy to use while watching TV, etc. It was not expensive. I like it.

Not best quality. The red "rubber" on the outside of the toner hangs off the end some and ended up tearing after a few uses. Still works really well!!!

This is a nice product. It is what it is -- a thigh toner. The one thing I have not figured out yet is how to use it like I see in some of the photos without pinching myself. Overall, it is a great deal for the price. Similar products run around $20 or more. Great to use while sitting and watching television.

I am pleased with my purchase of this product. It is very easy to use, and you can feel the results. I use it when I am watching TV, during the commercials. It doesn't seem as solid as the original thigh master toner (Suzanne Somers' version, if you remember that one!), but for the price, it is a good deal.

I am way too lazy to go the gym. That's way I love any workout item that lets me stay at home in front of the TV. This was easy to use and a good price. I now use it all the time because it feels like it is really doing something! I wish they had included more exercises to use along with it but other than that I think it's great.
