I was disappointed because I orn the suit and the pants have already ripped. I am not an obese person and the size says one size fits all. That statement is not true. I would not reccomend this product .

The first time I put it on and went to do some stretching the pants ripped. They were a baggy fit and the legs were not long enough but they should not have torn the first time I wore them.

I am 6'6 and 245 lbs. I don't stretch in it so it has not ripped. I use it to get a better sweat when I walk. If you stretch before you put it on, it should work well for you. I don't use the pants yet.

It may not last as long if you are not careful with taking it on and off and cleaning is up as soon as you take it off. So if you take care of it it will take the weight off you!!!!

I really like the suit, except if you do anything in it but walking or running dont get it. I used it to stretch after my work out and the pants ripped and there is no way of fixing them. They just continue to rip more, and now i need a whole new suit because of the pants. For the price it was not to bad of a deal. Just KNOW you can only do the work out that doesnt include the streching too.

The first time I used the product I was amazed as to how much sweat I saw. The suit is funny looking but it does work and it is comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was that the elastic on the hands and feet of the suit was a little big for my wrists and ankles. Maybe they could make them where the purchaser can adjust them. But overall I did like this product and I would recommend it but not to people who are really overweight because one size does not fit all.

Going to the gym with this suit made me sweat so much. However because it is a shiny silver color, I wore sweat pants and a sweat shirt over it so I didn't stand out. After being in the gym for an hour or so I can say I sweat out over a cup and a half of sweat !! Be advised, sweating is good, good for health and good for your pores. But once you start drinking anything, you will regain the water back. But it is healthy for people that have a hard time sweating. I take extra care of this product too. I heard from reviews that it rips. It is plastic after all, a thin layer. So be careful. I just take it in the shower with me and rinse it off. Good as new. Doesn't retain sweaty smell either.

The product was ripped in two days. Very Very Fragile. Not worth the money!!!!!!!

I bought sauna suit for myself second time (the first one got tored up) and recomended it to my friend, and she got it on this site too. This sauna suit is simple and it works like real sauna. I put it before starting to use my exersises machine. And it helps me to lose more weight for the same time, spending the same quantity of energy than if I would use my machine without this sauna suit. I do not know if I would wear this suite in gym, it is not very attractive and I joke about I look in it as a astronaft, but at home, when no one sees you, it works perfectly all right. By the way, I also put it on when I am cleaning my house. After taking it off you will feel like you just steped out of a sauna! :-)

I'm too embarrased to wear this outfit in front of people but I use it in my own home when I work out and I notice a substantial difference. I get a much more thorough workout when I wear it!

This is a little strange looking but I put on a sweatshirt over it to cover it up. I'm a tall man and it fit me fine. I could definitely feel a difference on my daily walk.

My husband wanted just the shirt of this set, but it came with both pants and shirt. We would have paid the same price for just the shirt so considered the pants a bonus. He wore the pants twice before they split. Not a problem since he didn't actually want/need the pants anyway. The shirt has held up fine. He cleans it in the shower. We opted for the blue color which is a little less "space age" than the silver.
