Shoes are comfortable. I wear a size 12 in Nike Running shoes, bought these in 11.5 and they fit well. I like the spikes integrated into the sole. No slippage. External spikes should be a thing of the past as far as I'm concerned. Bought the black first, bought another pair in white.
