My great granddaughter absolutly love her doll bed. It is just the right size for her dolls.
We bought two of these adorable doll bunk beds. They're perfect for my daughters American Girl dolls, since they have several. My girls also love the armoire with the cute curtains and hangars. You can actually hang clothing in there! The beds look great and appear to be sturdy. Assembly can be a little tricky when it comes to the armoire, as you must try to keep the dowels and "clothing rods" inserted in their proper holes without popping out as you screw everything into place. If you have American Girl dolls, you know how expensive EVERYTHING is. These beds are cute and at 50-75% less than AG, it's a bargain. That's why we bought two!
This bunk bed is suiting our purpose just great. It was purchased to be used with two American Girl Dolls and they fit, no problem at all. It took a little while to put together, but was fairly easy to do so. When we took the wood out the box, there was a fairly strong odor to it. (fresh paint?) So, I would suggest putting it together a few days before it is needed so that it may have a chance to air out before a little one starts to play with it. We also washed the bedding immediately and it came out just beautifully. It seems solid and sturdy. I would not hesitate to purchase another piece of this doll furniture.
We bought this bunk bed for our 5 year old and it is really cute and sturdy. It fits American Girl Dolls and the closet is good for storing whatever or hanging clothes. The construction seems really sturdy and it was easy to put it together. The only very minor problem, is that the ladder's rungs weren't glued in well. I just reglued them and it was no big deal.
My daughter has 2 American Girls, and she needed beds for both. So we found this bed, at other web-sites. But, this price by far is was the best price. We are very happy with it!
