Treat yourself to a back and body massage.
Massage therapy is a great way to relieve stress and tension. With the Massage Roller Table you simply propel yourself back and forth on the rollers. As you roll over the table you are giving yourself a massage, increasing circulation and rejuvenating your back and spine. Try the acupressure roller for deep tissue massage to really get those knots out in your muscles. Or use the spinal roller to help improve your posture and give your back more mobility.

Customer Reviews
The product is well made, but difficult to use. I have a back injury and fusion, and the rollers hurt too much on the fusion area. Also, longer hair can get caught in the rollers. It is sturdy and doesn't need electricity, which is nice. Maybe it would work well for those with very strong and healthy backs.

I purchased this item after suffering for years with neck and back pain. The accupressure device in particular is very useful to loosen tight muscles and administer a decent "massage." I have used a similar item at physical therapy, and this is a serious piece of equipment which enables the user to be proactive rather than rely on questionable electronic devices like the ones at mall stores. In fact, I'd classify this more as a piece of fitness equipment, so purchasers looking for a "passive" massage may not like this, but chronic sufferers may benefit from use of the table, as it also provides core strengthening exercise abilities. The quality of the piece is decent, though it certainly does not look like it's worth the supposed $350 list price. On the other hand, it's little more than the cost of two massages....
