Great out of box
but may need maintenance sharpening after a week or two. The camo pattern on the handles are perfect, and quite scratch resistant, the blade is very sharp out of the box, and it stayed sharp for quite a while. Great deal, good tool. Buy one for your boyfriend/dad/good friend/husband/otherwise.
