How much assembly is required? Is it a two-person job or can I do it alone?

There are 9 steps of assembly on the rower; if you are not mechanically inclined I would recommend having someone who is put the item together. The assembly instructions are quite easy to follow and if a person has questions or issues they can call Customer Service for assistance, the number is 1-800-375-7520. They can walk the customer through the assembly process.
