Very different kind of exerciser. Hoping to get the same benefits of horseback riding such as balance and co-ordination. Equestrian riding therapy helped my MS symptoms.

Product came assembeled, plug & play was awesome. Single motion lowest speed was the starting point and it seemed smooth and held me so I added the second motion with no disruption to the operation. Went through the range of speeds, alternating each motion speeds 1- 5, for approximately 5 minutes. I could definitely feel my muscles working to keep me from losing balance / falling off, but never felt in danger of falling. After the 5 minute "ride" I went on with my day. The next day, my muscles were sore in my thighs, inner thighs, butt, and a few in my back as well - not major soreness, just enough to know I have muscles and used them. I look forward to continued sessions and slowly building up to the 15 min. preprogrammed routine!

I have always love riding horses and since our horses died, I really missed it... So when I get on the dual giddy up it is so fun.... My grandkids love it and always want to get on it... I love it......would buy it again.....
