purchased this for my almost 2 year old granddaughter for Christmas - she absolutely loves it.
I was searching for a versatile easel that my grandsons could use with paints, crayons, white board markers and magnets. I found many that offered some of the above features but not all, until I came across this on overstock.com. This is my first purchase from overstock and I was a little trepidatious. Well, the product arrived promptly, and it is great! My husband and I put it together using the very clear picture on the box as a reference to supplement the instructions. It is made of solid materials, has easily used screws and coloured plastic bolts. It came with extra bolts. The height is adjustable so our grandchildren will be using it for years. As a retired teacher, I appreciate quality and durability in children's play things and this fits the bill. Thank you Overstock!
I bought this easel for my 2-year old niece across the country, after much research. I was there to set it up (not difficult) and have a couple of days painting with her. Being two, she was just as excited to explore the easel itself (each colored knob and clip) as she was to paint. We haven't tried out the dry-erase board, but all else seems good. She has used it since and her parents say it's great. I wish the other parts (paper, etc.) came with it. One complaint is that the paper doesn't fit to the sides of the board, so naturally kids will be painting off the paper and onto the board itself. I bought Crayola washable finger paint instead of the M&D brand after reading other recommendations. It has wiped off of the board easily.
Purchased this for my 3 year old grsndson's birthday. Colors are great, keeps him busy and entertained for hours Would recommend for sure.
I ordered this for a 6 year old grandson's Christmas. His mother reports that he has spent many happy hours with this easel.
