  this is a nice easel for a toddler. make sure to have the correct chalk on hand as the board needs to be "seasoned" properly.

  The stamp pads were dry and I do not know how to moisten them or if you need to buy ink.

  This was bought for my 4 year old because I thought it would be less messy than play-do and other things. It was less messy but I little more difficult for her to handle. She liked it but got bored with it quickly because of the difficulty in making the items on the directions inside. I see her playing with it in the future but doing her own thing vs. the suggested items. This is probably better suited for older children (i.e. 9 or 10).

  The princess stamp set was great fun for my granddaughters. One used it to make her birthday invitations.
