The kitchen and grill came in one box with the parts separated by a piece of cardboard warning to not mix the parts and assemble one at a time. The first confusion was because the instructions for the grill were with the kitchen parts and vice-versa. Right away I noticed that one of the utensil hooks was already broken (and the hook part becomes a small swallowable danger). I wonder if the other hooks will break off too. Amloid customer service promises delivery of parts within 4 to 8 weeks (this for a gift to be given next week). Secondly, the instructions are printed with photos in poor resolution black and gray. I had to go to the website and print out a color picture of each item for help in assembly. When assembled they are cute. Buy this only if you are willing to spend about 3 hours with parts and screws.
My 4 year old boy and 3 year old daughter just love this set. Grill and Bake.... They spend more time together being creative and having fun with this set than any of the other toys we have. Their eyes light up when I say.... OK Let's go cook! Best buy I have made in years!
When the package arrived, I was a little surprised to see how small the box was. I thought these came fully assembled. Nope. They are really cute once you get them put together. However, they are a little flimsy. For the price, you would pretty much expect that. I'll see how well they stand up to a 2 year old, but I'm not expecting great things! As for the other reviewer's comment on the hot dog, Spot on! I threw out all the provided food items. They are dangerously small.

The plastic hot dog with the grill fits completely in the babie's mouth. Only 1 hole on the end of the hot dog so if baby swallowed it there would be no air. Very dangerous toy!!
