it's not. The front of the bill is stuck to cardboard and when you take it off, it pulls off some of the face of the bill. On the flip side (get it???), the colors are very pretty. I think Overstock should put this in an all plastic sleeve so you can see the front and back at the same time.

The quality and color on this 2 dollar bill is great. The only thing I did not like is that it was taped to the folder and when I went to remove the tape on the front side some of the ink from the front of the bill began to come off. Other than that it is rare to find color money.

Beautiful colorized currency bill. Very fine detail. Quite a conversation piece....
