great toy my children love setting it up!
My 4 yr old loves setting it up and watching the marble go through the maze. He simply loves it. He loves marbles and loves building things so the game suits him well.

My nearly 5 year old loves the plastic marble run toys, I thought wood would last longer and be more of a challenge. I think both of those assumptions are true, however... The wood pieces shift when the marble passes through and if the holes don't line up EXACTLY right there will be a jam. Also, there are no real instructions and the pieces provided don't seem to match the photos on the tin. Maybe he will warm up to the challenge when he is a bit older.
