The bed is comfortable and the two chambers can be inflated separately at the head of the bed. The bed inflated quickly but the pump is very noisy. Due to the differences in air pressure of the two sides, the first few nights, I either felt as if I was going to roll off the bed or slide into my partner. If you are particular about your pillow height, the inclined top may not work for you. We use it on weekends at our vacation home and have made it work for us by inflating the 2 sides to a very similar pressure and placing the inclined end at our feet.

I got this for my boyfriend to use as a regular mattress since his apartment is small. It is very comfortable and he is very pleased with it. He uses regular sheets on it and likes the built in pillow. My aunt had an aerobed when I was growing up that she used when I would stay with her. I loved the quality then, and am impressed with this mattress as well.
