Not only did the product leak everywhere after setting it up , there is no customer service phone number anywhere in the instructions etc.So how to get service? Send a letter to Shanghai???

After running and enjoying the spa for a month, the motor blew.

This is a great product works perfectly and very relaxing. I have had since April 2011. I have only one concern and that is to drain the tub is quite a problem. I had to look about an hour for the drain and finally after letting the air out located the drain under the tub near the control unit. You have to drain the tub, to find the drain plug as it is too short to extend to the outside of the tub, Only then did I finally see it. If the drain line was about 5 inches longer it would extend outside the tub making it easy to drain. Other than the draining issue, the tub works great. Air fills rapidly and no problem with jets or heater. Filter and controls work perfectly. I think I will buy a draining kit and use it from now on. Very good product as I am over 65 and after cutting grass I really enjoy this tub to relax and drink my cold beer.

Sorry but this was the worst purchase ever ! At first I was excited to buy a hot tub at such a cheap price, but I guess you get what you pay for. The product worked for about two weeks then the problems began. First the heater did not work and then the pump. Then the product lost all of it air. After many attempts to reach the manufacturer I have given up. By the way there is only a 90 day warranty and good luck reaching their service center! Be careful with this one!

the heater element didn't work and there is no service center to even buy replacement parts

I was a little leary in spending so little for a spa. For years we thought of buying a big one and spending thousands but we never thought we would use it enough so this was a way to start. I was surprised at how easy it was to set this up. It took about 10 minutes. I reccomend using your hot water heater water for the start up fill since this is after all a 110volt spa. We were in it and enjoying our spa in about an hour from the time we took it out of the box. The air jets feet just great on my wife's lower back. This has been a fun purchase and I would reccomend it to all.
