Decent bench with some assembly required.
Foam padding is stiff which is good for longevity but kind of uncomfortable. Assembly took about 20-30 minutes with allen wrench provided and my own adjustable wrench. The feet on the bench are metal with no rubber on the bottom like other benches I have owned. This will scratch hard wood flooring and if the bench is on concrete, then the bench will get scratched up. If it is used on a carpet or rubber floor it should not be a problem.

decent for my requirements
It is a good bench and was easy to assemble. The recommendation I would make is to add the actual weight capacity for this bench. Typically the majority of flat benches that I was looking at did not list this amount. I found it in the comments here luckily
