These chips are an astounding value - a 1000 chips plus the racks and the 'bird cage' holder?? What is really sweet about these chips is that they do not have the annoying "clink" that the 'dice' and some other cheap chips have (due to the weight that is sandwiched inside the chip itself)...while these chips are weighted, the composite material they are made of dampens the 'clink' and instead the chips drop to the table with a more satisfying dull thud. The design is also pleasant - I think it's called "Card Suited" -- card symbols are arranged on the perimeter of the chip, against the particular color of the chip. These chips are at least as good as NexGens, maybe better. You should not consider putting labels on these because the center of the chip is not recessed.

Chips are great quality and case makes it very convenient. I didn't realize how heavy it would be, but that's to be expected when you purchase 1000 poker chips! Friends have all commented on the quality and some expect to purchase the same set for when we have poker parties at their house!

This was a great chip set. It has correct casino colors for the higher denominations (no blue). Feels great, and is the most affordable chips w/ case I found after hours of looking. Highly recommend!!!
